Best Breakfast Smoothie


You drink this in the morning, you'll be so full you won't need lunch!
Adapted from Dr. Oz's "breakfast blaster" http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/magical-breakfast-blaster - mine is thicker and the ingredients are more readily found.
(1 serving) Blend the following:
- 1/2 banana
- about 20 blueberries
- 8 raspberries
- 3 big strawberries
- 4 blackberries
- 1/4 cup of 1% cow's milk
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or soaked cashews + water - kudos Gretchen)
- 3tbs vanilla whey
- 1tbs flax seeds
- heaping tbs of nonfat yogurt
- Handful of ice (about 6 cubes)
