Leg of Lamb for Andrew

Yesterday I made LEG OF LAMB (mmm) for me and my brother Andrew. (Charles' Meats at the market - HUGE splurge) slow roasted for 5 hours at 200 degrees, Mediterranean spices and big market potatoes. Pan juices made ridiculously good mashed potatoes (that tasted of lamb) and a red wine gravy. Steamed broccoli on the side.. contrary to Andrew's belief, vegetables are necessity. What a tasty night! Chocolate/rum/coffee/orange baked mousse. More of a savory dessert because the chocolate was beautifully bitter.
