What's for Dinner? Minus the Lamb... You Have a Vegetarian Meal!



Vegetarian Chili made with plenty of onions, soaked beans, barley, peas, and various vegetables. Atop a bowl full, a big scoop of basmati rice, lots of pepper, and some teared up lamb leg. For dessert: A sugar crust tart topped with a Creme Anglais and a fresh blueberry syrup.
