What's for Dinner? Italian Piggy in a Blanket w/ Braised Cabbage and Roasted Beets


A spicy Italian sausage pan fried to render some of the fat off, then wrapped in a blanket of pastry and finished in the oven. Served with grainy French mustard and local maple syrup.

Savoy Cabbage boiled, then finished in the pan with the sausage juices.

Roasted beets and turnips with a li' rose-merry.
