What's for Lunch? Just One of My Daily Salads


Here goes: Organic greenhouse green-leaf lettuce, spinach from the same farmer, sauteed cubes of medium-firm tofu, crusty chunks of Italian bread, hothouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumber, imported apricots (ouch!), ground nuts, dressing of balsamic, olive oil, spices, s&p
