What's for Dinner? Light Rotini with Ricotta and Basil, Eggplant and Shitaki Mushrooms

A light dinner that took just 20 minutes to prepare. Roasting the eggplant and mushrooms made them surprisingly 'meaty.' Basil was from out potted plant garden outside, so I just picked it 1 min before using.
