Tomato Time

And it's about time! Just a day before our trip we were able to feast on these mini roma tomatoes. I did them up with EV Olive Oile, Balsamic and s&p along side homemade turkey burgers with a fresh coleslaw made of local cabbage from our CSA.
The tomatoes were a bit fibrous (more starchy than I would have liked) but I can't complain because they ripened in time just before we leave.

*The turkey burgers have a fresh coleslaw on them with plenty of green onions. I prefer the creamy/tanginess to the traditional condiments.
