What's for Dinner? Glazed Salmon Fillet on Bed of Caramelized Onions and Roma Tomatoes. Summer Broccoli

Minus the Salmon, everything was local, fresh and delicious. I used the spring onions from our CSA, Ontario tomatoes from the market, and broccoli from the HiBerry. The salmon was glazed with grainy mustard, EV Olive oil, maple syrup and Spices. I threw on some basil to crisp just before it finished roasting in the oven.
Yummy!
