What's for Dinner? *Sigh, The Joys of Summer

LOBSTER KILLER! LOBSTER KILLER! (Have you seen Julie and Julia?)
The lobster was from the east coast. I made sure of that!
I made a fresh sage and garlic butter that the succulent meat was doused in.
Roasted local carrots, zucchini and steamed potatoes which had a buttery/salty/basil-ey coating.

I do love summer. Better yet, I love the bountiful produce that summer brings!

*And better than that... I loved the dessert that finished off this meal.
**Note: If you don't particularly enjoy the eyes of your food staring back at you as you rip apart its exoskeleton... do not eat lobster.
