Heirloom Tomatoes

What to do with a pile of quickly-ripening heirloom tomatoes? Here's a few ideas:

  • A fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella salad, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar 
  • Really good bruschetta
  • Fried tomato sandwich, or BLT
